We remind users that once the ticket has been purchased, it can’t be exchanged or refunded unless the match is cancelled or suspended.
If you are unable to attend the event or any other personal situation will not be sufficient reason to request the resolution, cancellation of the contract or the refund. The right of withdrawal recognised by the regulations on consumers and users will not be applicable in these cases as they are leisure or recreational services, and therefore expressly exempted in accordance with art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Tickets are personal and will not be exchanged or refunded.

Exclusive ticket sales service for RC CELTA fans. Fans of rival teams must purchase their tickets by contacting their respective club, especially tickets for the away stand. The club reserves the right to refuse access to the stadium to those fans of rival teams who purchase tickets through this service. The club will request identification from the ticket holder which must match the purchaser’s details on the ticket. The club reserves the right to refuse access to the stadium with clothing or emblems of the opposing team for security reasons. The fan accepts the club’s internal rules and regulations in accordance with the legislation in force (Law 19/2007 – RD 203/2010) and accepts the access regulations of the competitions covered by the present ticket(s).
INFORMATION UNDER-18 ACCESS
Any person, regardless of age,
including babies, will need a valid ticket to access the stadium. There is the possibility of buying a CHILDREN’S ticket (under 8 years old) with a discount only on sale exclusively at the Abanca Balaídos stadium ticket offices, identification of the child may be requested. Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult with their corresponding ticket.
