Silabario, the culinary space located in A Sede and led by Galician chef Alberto González, has once again been recognized with a Michelin Star, an award it has maintained for the sixth consecutive year. This new success consolidates its position as one of the leading gastronomic references not only in Galicia but also on the international scene.
The Michelin Guide has once again rewarded the restaurant’s commitment to cuisine with Galician roots, based on respect for local produce and adding a creative vision. Alberto González emphasizes the importance of this recognition, which “reaffirms and positions you on the global gastronomic scene. It is a distinction that is achieved through hard work and effort year after year, something very important for us.”
Consolidated as an emblem of Vigo and Galician cuisine, Silabario stands out for its approachable and traditional philosophy, and for another year its Berbés Menu remains the most accessible among Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, reaffirming Silabario’s commitment to bringing haute cuisine to a wide audience.
A star that continues to shine at the top of A Sede, where chef Alberto emphasizes that “with the help of the entire Silabario team and all the club’s departments, we are once again part of the Champions League of gastronomy.”
