Roi Carballo has just arrived in the world and already has a wonderful story to tell. He has become the 40,000th Celta supporter, a historic milestone for the club, and one that will now forever bear Roi’s name.
The little boy was born yesterday, Thursday, November 27th, at 12:31 a.m., and just a few hours later, his parents, Alberto Carballo and Xulia Garrido, registered him as a member of the Celta family.
To give him a proper welcome, Atilano Vecino and Carlos Cao visited the Álvaro Cunqueiro Hospital to congratulate the parents and present the little one with his first Celta membership card and a first kit. Although it will take some time before he can truly wear it, he will surely wear it with the passion of someone born to be part of Celta’s history.
Reaching 40,000 Celta Vigo supporters is a number that fills us with joy, but having Roi be the one to complete that milestone makes it even more special. A little one who came into the world with a Celta membership card under his arm, reminding us that some feelings endure from generation to generation.
Welcome to this great sky-blue family, Roi!
