RC Celta already knows a new rival in this preseason of LaLiga 2021/22, Bayern 04 Leverkusen, fifth classified in the last edition of the German Bundesliga.
The match will be played at the Bavarian team’s facilities on July 31 at 4 pm Spanish time and will consist of three halves of 45 minutes each.
It will be a very demanding test for our team, almost a month after the start of the preseason, and against a team that will be in the next edition of the UEFA Europa League.
Bayer 04 Leverkusen is a very prestigious team in Germany, winner of a Bundesliga, a UEFA Cup and a German Cup. It also boasts a large number of senior international players for their respective national teams.
The club will soon announce how this pre-season match can be followed with just two weeks to go before the start of the official competition.
As already announced by the club, on August 7 the team will play a preparation match in England against Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
