Adidas and RC Celta have mutually agreed to end the sponsorship at the end of the 2023/2024 season. Both Adidas and RC Celta are very grateful to have made this a long and successful partnership, with great moments over the past 11 seasons, including the recent celebration of RC Celta’s Centenary with the club, players, veterans and supporters.
Adidas was the first historical supplier of RC Celta in 1982, an official relationship that would continue until 1986. More than twenty years later, both brands crossed paths again in the 2013/14 season, extending their contract until the present day. During this period, Adidas has been the forerunner of kits that will forever be part of the club’s history, such as the kit used in the Europa League Semi-Finals against Manchester United or the one for our Centenary year. In addition, there have been numerous special collections such as Adidas Vintage, Ice Mint or, most recently, Adidas Originals, which have always been very popular with the sky-blue fans.
Now, after 11 seasons together, it is time to embark on a new path, wishing great success to both parts.
