Celta has reached a new milestone by reaching 10 million followers on TikTok. The account, active since July 2020, has been running for just over five years and has already become the club’s first social network to exceed this figure.
This achievement confirms the growth of Celta’s digital presence and places the club as the seventh LALIGA EA SPORTS team to reach 10 million on TikTok, behind Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Real Sociedad, Real Betis Balompié, and Sevilla FC.
The TikTok account, which shows the more intimate, personal, and lighthearted side of everyday life at Celta, is now the club’s largest community platform. The figures, verified by Blinkfire, consolidate this success and add to the growth on other social networks such as Facebook, with 3.6 million followers; Twitter, with 525,000 followers; Instagram with 628,000 followers; YouTube with 487,000 subscribers; LinkedIn with 16,662 followers; and the recent addition of WhatsApp, which already has more than 105.000 channel members.
This is another step forward in the digital expansion of Celta around the world.
