The Spanish National Organization of the Blind, ONCE, will dedicate the coupon for the upcoming Wednesday, August 23, to the Centenary of RC Celta, which on that day celebrates its first 100 years of existence. This event will be promoted on the five million coupons that will be distributed throughout Spain at points of sale authorized by this organization.
ONCE recalls that on August 23, 1923, the Real Club Celta de Vigo was born following the merger of Vigo Sporting and Fortuna de Vigo, and in the 1935/36 season, they achieved their first promotion to the First Division, a category in which they have played consecutively for the last eleven years.
“Celta is part of the most historic teams in Spain, being one of the ten clubs with 57 seasons played in the First Division National League Championship. In the King’s Cup, they have achieved three runner-up positions (1948, 1994, and 2001), having reached the semi-finals of the competition on eight occasions,” emphasizes the organization.
The ONCE Daily Coupon offers a prize of 500,000 euros for the number plus the series, and 49 prizes of 35,000 euros for the five digits of the winning number. Additionally: 450 prizes of 250 euros for the first four digits and another 450 prizes for the last four digits; 9,000 prizes of 25 euros for the last three or first three digits; and the same for the first two and last two digits (6 euros), and a reimbursement of 2 euros for the first or last digit of the winning number.
