The project, Galicia Sports 360, will begin construction in the second half of next year and will include research laboratories, culture, leisure, sports tourism, sports medicine and facilities for the practice of all sports.
The total investment will be approximately 70 million euros, making it the largest private investment project in the south of Galicia, with a total surface area of 300,000 m2 and approximately 75,000 m2 of constructed area, and will generate some 250 direct jobs.
To carry out this ambitious project, MolcaWorld and CBRE will implement strategic consulting services to cover the needs of Galicia Sports 360 real estate throughout its life cycle, including Project Management through Bovis from CBRE for the design, bidding and construction phases, and will also provide comprehensive revitalization services for the project’s facilities and spaces.
MolcaWorld, which signed a strategic agreement with CBRE last year to develop sports projects, has participated in the revitalization of more than 24 stadiums with consulting projects. It is currently expanding internationally with projects in Mexico, with the Azteca Stadium, Saudi Arabia, with MRSOOL Park and in Italy with the Modena Stadium.

Galicia Sports 360 was presented earlier this year to the Xunta de Galicia as a project that will transform the sports industry in the community and in Spain through innovation, as Galicia Sports 360 is only comparable to three other similar complexes in Europe, located in Paris, London and Berlin.
