Jan Westerhof will be the new head of methodology of the RC Celta youth academy. A native of the Netherlands, he has extensive experience as a coach of the lower categories of Pachuca, the most prolific youth academy in Mexican football.
With this new incorporation, the organisation chart of the Celta entity is completed, which maintains the youth academy as its main pillar and in which all the efforts are oriented so that all the teams have the same style of play, and accelerate processes in the formation of young footballers with the aim of reaching the elite at an early age.
