This Saturday, before kick-off against Valencia CF at Abanca Balaídos (2:00 p.m.), Celta fans will join together in a respectful and emotional minute of silence in memory of all Celta fans who passed away in 2025. This meaningful gesture will remember those who are part of our history and who, although no longer with us physically, will always remain in our hearts.
Shortly before, at 12:00 p.m., a special ceremony will be held in front of the Celta mural located in the Grada de Marcador. There, Carmela Cuevas, a member of the Celta board, will lay a bouquet of flowers as a symbol of remembrance, gratitude, and respect for all the sky-blue fans who are no longer with us.
This is a tradition that the club keeps alive on the first home game of the year, reinforcing the ties that bind Celta to its people, its memory, and all those who, in one way or another, have helped build what we are today. Because some feelings never fade, and because we continue to walk together, including with those who will always remain in our memories.
