A prize for perseverance, good work and authenticity. The Silabario Restaurant, directed by the Galician chef Alberto Prelcic and located on the top floor of A Sede, the headquarters of RC Celta, was awarded last Monday at the Michelin Guide Gala 2021 with a Michelin Star, one of the greatest international awards in the world of gastronomy.
This is the first time that Silabario obtains this award since it opened its new era at A Sede, an achievement achieved after an arduous and excellent work by the Galician chef and all his team in the two years that the establishment has been operating at Celta’s building. This recognition of excellence also comes just a few months after receiving another important award, the Repsol Guide Sun, which rewards the best restaurants on the national scene.
RC Celta congratulates, with special affection and pride, Alberto and all his team for the achievement of the Michelin Star, besides thanking the support that the project has received from the first day on the part of Estrella Galicia, a key partner in the projects of catering of the Grupo RC Celta and that also forms a part of this great achievement.
The recent successes of Silabario are an extra motivation for all those involved in the project in one of the most delicate moments for the sector, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. The restaurant continues to work to reopen in the near future, always complying with the regulations and measures of health and safety.
