RC Celta launches its second kit for the 24/25 season, a tribute to the city of Vigo that represents the heart of Celta. After presenting the first shirt in the traditional sky blue with a nod to our roots by including the name of all the municipalities of Galicia, the club focuses on extolling Vigo in its second kit.
The new shirt stands out in shades of navy blue, an emblematic colour in the history of RC Celta kits, complemented with elegant chevrons and orange details. On the back, the Trisquel is recovered after having worn the Fortuna and Sporting Vigo badges during the centenary season. In addition, the design includes a light blue pattern that adorns the shirt and pays tribute to five iconic places in Vigo through their silhouettes, which reflect the essence of the city and its deep bond with the club: the Rande Bridge, the Pazo Quiñones de León in Castrelos, the Alcabre lighthouse, Chapel of A Guía and the Berbés arcades.
A unique kit created by and for Celta fans that shows the union between RC Celta and the city. A garment that allows us to connect with our roots, and that will make the players feel always at home.
hummel, the new technical partner of Real Club Celta, has once again worked on the personalisation of the shirt with a design very much in line with the identity of the city of Vigo.
One of the strong points of the launch of this new shirt is its spot. Celta Media, in collaboration with Dirty Suc, presents the garment with a striking video that underlines the rootedness, passion and loyalty of Celta fans under the claim: #nosecondteam. The artist from Vigo wears the second kit over his song “Son galego“, a song that talks about the pride of being born in Galicia. A song from here as an anthem to present a shirt from here, from our land, from our home, from Vigo.
The new second kit is available from today, Wednesday 10th July, in the physical shops of A Sede and ABANCA Balaídos, as well as on the club’s official website, so don’t miss out on yours!
