IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANISING COMPANY
REAL CLUB CELTA DE VIGO, S.A.D., (“RC Celta”), with NIF A-36.609.105, with registered office at C/ Príncipe (C.P. 36.202 – Vigo – Pontevedra) organises the competition called “RC Celta Pack with Omar al Dawly” (“Competition”), which is governed by the conditions set out below.
- PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
The purpose of this Competition is for users to participate through a publication made by RC Celta on its profile on the social network Instagram in collaboration with Omar al Dawly (instagram.com/omar_aldawly), through a publication made by RC Celta on its profile on the social network Facebook or through a publication made by RC Celta on its Arabic profile on the social network X.
RC Celta will manage the Competition through publications on its official Arabic profile on X and the official profiles on Facebook and Instagram (“Social Networks”), using for this purpose and for the purposes of giving it maximum publicity, all types of Internet media and resources, among others, the RC Celta web pages, as well as its respective blogs and profiles on social networks (hereinafter, jointly, the “Web Media”).
Likewise, RC Celta expressly declares that Instagram, Facebook and X do not sponsor, endorse or administer this Contest in any way, nor are they associated with it.
- PRIZE
The Contest prize will consist of one (1) RC Celta shirt from the 2024/25 season screen-printed with the name MIDO and the number 9, one (1) RC Celta cap and one (1) RC Celta scarf.
For this purpose, one (1) winner will be chosen.
On December 5, 2024 at the time indicated for this purpose (12:00 CEST), RC Celta will communicate the name of the winner through the RC Celta Website (rccelta.es) and will also communicate with the winner by private message to inform him/her of the procedure for collecting the prizes.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, nor be subject to change, alteration, compensation or transfer by the winner. Likewise, the prizes are personal and non-transferable, so they will only be awarded to the winner.
- PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The Competition will begin on November 21, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. CEST and will end on December 4, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. CET. Participation may only be made during the aforementioned period of time.
RC Celta reserves the right to modify the duration of the Competition, with prior public announcement through its Website and to modify or change all or part of these terms and conditions, as well as to postpone, interrupt or end the Competition at any time.
- COMPETITORS AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION
The Competition is open to participation by any person who:
is of legal age (18 years old); has the legal capacity to bind themselves and consent.
Likewise, in order to participate in the Contest, persons who meet the aforementioned requirements (“Contestant” or “Contestants”) must meet the requirements indicated in one of the two participation routes indicated in point 6 of these legal bases.
- CONTEST MECHANICS AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
There are three ways to participate in the contest:
Participation route 1
Follow the Arabic profile of RC Celta on X (x.com/rcceltaarab);
Mention another user of the social network X in the comments section of the publication corresponding to the announcement of the draw;
Read and accept the present terms and conditions of the Contest;
Follow the established procedure to grant the necessary authorizations.
Contestants may participate as many times as they want through this route. RC Celta reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from this Contest any of the Contestants who violate the rules of good faith, display mendacious or inappropriate conduct, use fraudulent means or fail to comply with these rules in any way.
Participation route 2
Follow the RC Celta profile on Instagram (instagram.com/rccelta);
Mention another user of the Instagram social network in the comments section of the publication corresponding to the announcement of the draw;
Read and accept the present terms and conditions of the Contest;
Follow the established procedure to grant the necessary authorizations.
The Contestants may participate as many times as they want through this route. RC Celta reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from this Contest any of the Contestants who violate the rules of good faith, display mendacious or inappropriate conduct, use fraudulent means or fail to comply with these rules in any way.
Participation route 3
Follow the RC Celta profile on Facebook (facebook.com/rccelta);
Mention another user of the Facebook social network in the comments section of the publication corresponding to the announcement of the draw;
Read and accept the present terms and conditions of the Contest;
Follow the established procedure to grant the necessary authorizations.
The Contestants may participate as many times as they wish through this route. RC Celta reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from this Contest any of the Contestants who violate the rules of good faith, display mendacious or inappropriate conduct, use fraudulent means or fail to comply with these rules in any of their aspects.
The selection of the winner of the Contest will be carried out randomly by a private draw carried out by the company The Cool Tabs, S.L. For these purposes, all participants from the different participation routes who have met the requirements mentioned above and do not incur in any of the causes for disqualification mentioned in the previous section will be included.
- COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNERS
The name and surname of the (1) winner will be published on December 5, 2024, through the RC Celta Website (https://www.rccelta.es/)
Likewise, RC Celta will contact the winners by means of individual communication to inform them of the prize obtained in the Contest. The winners will have until December 20, 2024 (until 11:59 p.m. CEST), to indicate, by the same means, whether they accept or reject the prize and to provide their contact information (name, address and telephone number). It will be understood that the winner rejects the prize if he/she does not reply to the message within the stipulated time period.
RC Celta is not responsible for not being able to contact the winner and, consequently, that the prize cannot be awarded due to having provided incorrect data and/or due to technical problems. In such case, the prize will be passed to the substitute in order of correlation.
Acceptance of the prize by the winner implies consent to RC Celta to use his/her name and image for promotional purposes in promotional material related to this Contest.
- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES OF THE CONTEST
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions by each of the Contestants.
Likewise, RC Celta will not be responsible if, for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure, the Contest cannot be carried out in any of its terms specified above, with no other obligation for the organizers than the publication of the new mechanics by similar means to those used for the initial dissemination of the same.
- DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY
All winners, by their mere participation in this Contest, agree to maintain secrecy and confidentiality regarding any data or information to which they have access on the occasion of the Contest in general. All of this, regardless of the medium in which the information to which access is obtained is found, whether orally, in writing or by any other means.
This obligation will be maintained throughout the duration of the process and even after it has ended for any reason.
- RESPONSIBILITY
RC Celta is exempt from any type of responsibility for the organization and development of the Competition and, in particular, by way of example but not limited to, is not responsible for:
For non-compliance or infringements of any kind related to this Competition, and is exempt from any type of responsibility in the event of loss suffered by the Contestants in relation to the prize and other aspects of this Competition.
For the improper use of the prizes by the winners of the same.
In the event that there is an error in the data provided by the winner himself that prevents his identification.
For the malfunction of the mail (expressly it is not responsible for possible losses, damage, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the mail that may affect the delivery of the prize) or of the telephone and/or electronic communication networks that prevent the poor development of the Competition for reasons beyond their control and especially for external acts of bad faith.
Of any damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which the contestant participates, to the defrauding of the utility that the users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses through the Internet, or telephone communications enabled for this purpose.
Likewise, the Contestant exempts any type of responsibility and will hold RC Celta and its collaborators harmless from any claim as a consequence of damages, whether physical or of any other nature, that the winning Contestants may suffer due to any action or omission not attributable to them and that may arise from the activity that they will carry out with the awarded prize.
Furthermore, RC Celta expressly reserves the right to:
Modify or suspend the Competition, whenever there is a justified cause or for reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being carried out, and with the commitment to communicate the new rules and/or conditions with sufficient notice, or where appropriate, the definitive cancellation.
Change the prize for another of equal or greater value when there is a justified cause or for reasons of force majeure.
Postpone or extend the period of the Competition, as well as the power to interpret these legal bases.
Shorten, extend, modify or cancel this Competition, if exceptional circumstances occur that prevent its realization, communicating these circumstances in such a way as to avoid any harm to the Contestants in the draw.
Remove from the Competition for a justified cause any user who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the same.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection, as well as any applicable national law, we inform you that at RC Celta we will process the personal data that you provide us by virtue of your participation in the Competition for the following purposes and only in the event that you have consented to them by checking the checkboxes for this purpose:
Participation and development of the Competition: RC Celta will include your personal data as a Contestant in the draw to carry out the same, contact you in the event of being a winner and to manage the correct execution of the prize.
Sending commercial communications for the dissemination and promotion of RC Celta activities: RC Celta may, with the prior consent of the Contestant, send commercial communications by electronic means (email) and other equivalent means (telephone, SMS, mobile messaging applications) regarding the dissemination and promotion of activities inherent to its corporate purpose, as well as those of other entities with which it has a collaboration agreement.
Profiling: RC Celta may, with the prior consent of the Contestant, perform profiling based on automated processing for which the fields provided will be filtered in order to obtain a result adjusted to the Contestant’s profile. The processing of data for this purpose does not foresee any consequences that may have any legal effect or that in any other way significantly affect the Contestant. In this regard, RC Celta undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data provided, to use them in accordance with the purpose for which they were requested, as well as to adopt all measures to prevent their alteration or loss, and prevent their unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
The legal basis for the data processing carried out is the consent given by each of the Contestants.
The personal data of the Contestants will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the Contest and during the legal periods that, where applicable, are applicable. The data used for sending commercial communications and creating profiles will be kept indefinitely, unless the Contestant requests their withdrawal from RC Celta.
Your personal data will be communicated to the Cool Tabs platform (https://www.cool-tabs.com/es/politica-privacidad, in charge of the platform that manages the draw.
The Contestant will have the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to request its deletion or, where appropriate, request the limitation of processing, when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. To do so, a written communication may be sent to the email address [email protected], specifying your request and including, in some cases, a photocopy of your national identity document or equivalent supporting documentation. Finally, we inform you that you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency and other competent public bodies for any claim arising from the processing of your personal data.
