Renato Tapia and Javier Manquillo have been given full and partial medical clearance after 4 and 2 weeks out, respectively.
The Peruvian midfielder, who was suffering from a Grade I fibrillar tear in the right anterior rectus, completed the entire training session with the group. This took place in front of the fans during the last open training session at Abanca Balaídos on Good Friday.
Manquillo, who suffered a distal radius fracture in his right wrist on March 17 during the Sevilla FC – RC Celta match, also normally joined the team for the Good Friday morning training session at Abanca Balaídos. He trained normally while using immobilization, although the bone injury will take about 6 weeks to be fully resolved.
Both will be available for the RC Celta – Rayo Vallecano match taking place at Abanca Balaídos on Sunday, March 31, at 2:00 p.m.
Carlos Dotor began limited training with the group following the pubalgia surgery he underwent on March 1.
