RC Celta and UD Las Palmas have reached an agreement to transfer defender Alvaro Lemos’ federation rights to the latter. Last season he played on loan for RC Lens and CD Lugo. RC Celta wants to thank the player for his professionalism and behavior and wishes him the best of lucks in this new stage in his career.
