RC Celta’s draw to start the Centenary against Sevilla FC, in what was Iago Aspas’ 300th game in Primera División.
We started the first half with ball control that would lead to Gabri Veiga’s fourth goal in LaLiga this season after 30 minutes after a great pass from Iago Aspas. We would reach halftime with an advantage on the scoreboard after 45 minutes of good sky blue play. The second half would start with a Sevilla goal by Kike Salas in 55′, to which RC Celta responded with chances until the end of the 90 minutes.
We close 2022 with a draw in Abanca Balaídos and our next match will be next Tuesday against Espanyol in the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.
