Hugo Álvarez, RC Celta player, has been called up for the first time with the Spanish U-21 National Team.
The Spanish coach, Santi Denia, has included the Celta midfielder in the call-up list to join the Spanish team in the Qualifying Phase for the European Championship in Slovakia 2025 against Kazakhstan and Malta on October 10 and 15, respectively.
A call-up that is a recognition for the performance that the player has shown throughout his career and, above all, in this season in which he joined the first team of RC Celta where he has already scored a goal in the sky blue victory against Real Valladolid in Abanca Balaídos.
