Sky-blue player Iago Aspas has been crowned Spanish top scorer in the Primera Division for the third consecutive season, with 20 goals scored in 27 games and seven assists.
Despite not being able to participate in 11 league matches, Iago finished the competition as the fourth top scorer in the league just one goal behind Benzama and Luis Suarez and had the second highest percentage of goals per game, 0.74, behind Leo Messi.
The Celta home-grown player may catch up with a Spanish football myth like Quini if he repeats in the 2019/2020 season as the top national scorer. Only the Asturian striker so far has managed four consecutive campaigns as top Spanish scorer. With three are Lángara, Zarra, Gárate and Iago Aspas.
