The League has informed this Thursday that it suspends at least the next two days of the championship due to the quarantine established in Real Madrid and the possible COVID-19 positives in players from other clubs. According to the organism, the decision will be re-evaluated after the end of the quarantine decreed in the affected clubs and other possible situations that could occur. RC Celta was supposed to face Villarreal and Valladolid. On the other hand, the RFEF suspended non-professional football (from Second B) as well as all national base football.
UPDATE
All the training sessions of the RC Celta’s football academy are cancelled and only Celta B and first team will continue working out in the sports facilities, behind closed doors and without the presence of fans or media. In addition, RC Celta’s offices in the building of A Sede will remain closed until further notice. The fans and season ticket holders can use the Escoitamos service channel (escoitamos.rccelta.es) for any doubt or question.
The Abanca Balaídos stadium season ticket office will only be open this afternoon from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. and tomorrow Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. exclusively to process the refund of those fans who have bought a ticket for the RC Celta – Villarreal.
The official shops, as well as the Café A Sede, the RC Celta Clinic and the Silbario Restaurant will maintain their normal activity for the time being.
