Celta and Levante UD have reached an agreement for the loan with an option to buy of Manu Sánchez. The Madrid full-back will face a new challenge with the Granota team, which will compete in the First Division this season.
Manu arrived in Vigo in the summer of 2023 from Atlético de Madrid. In his first season at the club, he played a total of 28 official matches in the sky-blue jersey, exceeding 1,890 minutes of play and providing 5 assists. Last season, on loan, he continued his progression at Deportivo Alavés, where he played 33 La Liga matches and one Copa del Rey match.
Now, Manu embarks on a new professional career at Levante UD, with a team returning to the elite and relying on his experience and talent to strengthen its defense.
