Celta continues to shape its sporting structure ahead of the new season, in which it will compete in three tournaments, with the aim of further consolidating an ambitious and competitive project across all areas.
In this way, the club adds Pablo Pérez Urtaza to the first team’s coaching staff as a fitness coach, and Gael Potti as a goalkeeper coach. Both bring solid backgrounds with experience in youth development and arrive to strengthen the day-to-day work of the technical staff led by Claudio Giráldez.
On the other hand, the medical team welcomes Dr. Ángel Piñeiro, a specialist in sports medicine and traumatology, following the recent retirement of Luis Rial. In addition, Nacho Errando joins the team of physiotherapists as reinforcement for this season, while his position with the reserve team will be taken over by Xose Feijóo, coming from the U19 squad.
Likewise, a change occurs in the structure of Celta Fortuna following Gael Potti‘s promotion to the first team — a move that strengthens the club’s commitment to internal development and homegrown talent. Pato Guillén will take over goalkeeper training duties for the reserve team.
