RC Celta certified the permanence against RCD Espanyol (0-0) in a slow match in which the sky-blue players felt the build-up of matches. The sky-blue team will play for the ninth consecutive season in the First Division.
The first half was defined by an even score and the game was played in the middle of the field. Both teams tried to get closer to the rival goal but the defenses prevailed over the attacks. RC Celta had more possession and control of the ball.
The second half started in the same way, with Oscar Garcia’s players looking for some counter-attack that would allow them to get ahead in the scoreboard. The scoreboard did not move during the whole match.
