RC Celta demonstrated their dominance at La Albuera throughout the 90 minutes of the match against Turégano. The victory secured their ticket to the second round of the Copa del Rey 23/24 and highlighted the physical and tactical superiority of the Celestes against an enthusiastic opponent who gave their all until the final whistle.

Approximately 3,000 spectators witnessed the Celestes’ triumph in the opening round of the Copa del Rey, showcasing a solid RC Celta both in attack and defense. The Galician team took control of the game from the outset and managed to go into halftime with a two-goal lead, both scored by the sensational Bamba.

The victory seemed assured, but Carles Pérez, returning to the team in this match after a long period out due to injury, decided to seal it with another brace in the second half.

RC Celta’s next opponent will be determined in the draw that will take place on November 7th at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.
