RC Celta picked up an important point on Tuesday against Atletico Madrid (1-1) thanks to a sensational goal by Fran Beltran for the team. The celestial players signed a great game and reacted magnificently to Morata’s initial goal.
The first half began with a hammer blow in the form of a red-and-white goal in the first minute of play. After the blow, Óscar García’s players took control of the ball and tried to create chances, although Atletico de Madrid defended with a lot of order.
Shortly after the restart of the match after the break, Fran Beltrán took advantage of a cross by Brais Méndez and removed the cobwebs from Oblak’s goal. From then on, the match was very even and both teams fought for the draw until the final whistle.
