RC Celta and Universidad Católica de Chile have reached an agreement for the loan, with an option to buy, of goalkeeper Matías Dituro, who joins the sky blue squad and becomes the second signing of the season.
Matías Dituro (Argentina, 1987), returns to what was his home in the 2011/12 season and signs until June 30, 2022.
Dituro is a player with great experience at the highest level and stands out for his ability to take penalties. He holds the record for most saves from the penalty spot in the Clausura Tournament, saving 7 of 8 kicks in 2014.
Matias’ record includes three consecutive Chilean championships in 2018, 2019 and 2020 with Universidad Catolica.
