Celta Fortuna continues to shape its squad for the 25/26 season with the signing of Quique Ribes (Valencia, January 16, 2004). The center back, who arrives from Real Madrid Castilla, has signed with the club until 2029 and joins Fredi Álvarez’s team to bring solidity to the back line.
Ribes has experience in the youth teams of clubs such as Levante and Valencia, and in the last two seasons he has competed in the Primera Federación with Real Madrid’s reserve team, accumulating more than 2,800 minutes in 42 games, in which he also scored two goals and provided one assist.
Celta welcomes him with enthusiasm and is confident that he will be an important player this season thanks to his ability to adapt to different defensive systems and his experience in the category.
