Celtismo, European nights are back! Join Celta on their European journey and pre-reserve your ticket now for the team’s first Europa League match. The game will take place on Wednesday, 16 September at 18:45, against Omonia FC at GSP Stadium.
Below, we explain in detail how to complete the process and the steps to follow through the Celtista Portal:
Pre-reservation and allocation
To apply for a ticket in the away section (€35), you must register individually or as part of a group (of up to 6 Celtistas) through the Celtista Portal and make a €5 pre-reservation payment to ensure that applications are made on a firm basis. This amount will be refunded if you are not selected.
This payment does not automatically guarantee a ticket, but allows you to take part in the allocation process, which follows these criteria:
- 75% of the tickets will be allocated according to seniority. For groups, the average seniority will be taken into account, while individual applications will be assessed based on each applicant’s seniority.
- 25% of the tickets will be allocated through a draw among the remaining applicants.
Once the allocation process has been completed, all applicants will receive an email informing them of the outcome of their application.
Final payment for selected applicants
Celtistas who are selected will receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete the purchase by paying the difference between the ticket price and the pre-reservation amount already paid.
To complete the purchase, they must follow these steps:
- Access the Celtista Portal and go to the “Away Tickets” section.
- Complete the payment within a maximum period of 48 hours of receiving the email.
- They will receive confirmation of the purchase and information about ticket delivery.
⚠ Important: If payment is not completed within the specified period, the right to purchase the ticket will be lost and the pre-reservation amount will not be refunded.
Refund for unsuccessful applicants
Fans who are not selected will receive an email notifying them of the outcome and the club will automatically issue a full refund of the pre-reservation amount using the same payment method used during registration.
Confirmation and ticket delivery
Fans who complete the purchase process will receive a confirmation email. Please note that the payment receipt is not valid as a match ticket.
In this case, tickets will be delivered in digital format. Should there be any changes, the club will contact fans by email. Once the purchase has been completed, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
The pre-registration period for tickets is now open through the Celtista Portal until Monday, 7 September at 10:00. Please remember that tickets are issued in the name of the holder and an ID card/passport must be presented together with the ticket at the stadium entrance.
