Celta continues to strengthen its female project by adding the projection and talent of Aitana Sánchez Bardera. The 20 year old striker will become the new player of As Celtas.
Native of Madrid, Aitana accumulates a wide experience in clubs of reference in the national scene. She was formed in Pérez Galdós before spending time in the ranks of Atlético de Leganés, CD Leganés, Rayo Vallecano and Real Madrid. In her last stage, she played for CFF Olympia Las Rozas and Atlético de Baleares, where she continued to consolidate her growth as a footballer.
With her incorporation, Vicky Vázquez adds to the team a player with great versatility as she is able to adapt to different positions and play as a winger, winger or midfielder. Quality, intensity and vision of play that will surely be essential to face the next season in Second Federation.
Celta wants to welcome Aitana and wish her the best of success in this new stage as a sky-blue player.
