A great RC Celta debuts with win in Abanca Balaídos (2-1)

RC Celta

RC Celta won this Saturday against Valencia (2-1) in the second round of La Liga. Oscar Garcia’s team was dominant during a good part of the match and already has four points in the classification.

The first half was a sky-blue monologue. The local players went out to pressure the rival in the opposite field and accumulated numerous arrivals. Iago Aspas, after a brilliant assist from Nolito, put RC Celta ahead in the first quarter of an hour.

In the first action of the second half Maxi Gómez drew the match after a brilliant shot with his right leg. When the match was more balanced, Iago Aspas waved his wand and put a free kick into the corner for the final victory. In the final stretch, Brais and Baeza were able to put some distance on the scoreboard but their shots crashed against the post. Another of the great news of the night was the debut of the academy player Gabri Veiga.
