RC Celta could not add another victory in their visit to Atlético de Madrid at the Cívitas Metropolitano. The sky blues were punished in the 8th minute with an early goal by Correa.
Coudet’s team never gave up and both Aspas and Strand Larsen had their chances. Effort without reward despite the work done on the pitch. The sky blues looked for a comeback but the goal did not come.
In the 49th minute De Paul punished RC Celta again. In the 65th minute Carrasco scored the third.
Gabri Veiga, in the 71st minute, showed his class with a great goal. Cunha in the 81st minute scored the fourth home goal. The next match for RC Celta will be this coming Saturday (18:30h) against Valencia at Mestalla.
