RC Celta has reached an agreement with Sociedad Deportiva Huesca for the transfer of Extremadura left back Javi Galán, who signs as a sky blue player for the next five seasons, until June 2026.
Javi Galán (Badajoz, 1994) was formed in the youth categories of Club Polideportivo Flecha Negra de Badajoz before making the leap to CD Badajoz, Córdoba CF and later to SD Huesca, where he stood out last season being one of the revelation players of the competition.
Javi Galán thus becomes the third sky blue signing after the incorporations of Franco Cervi and Matías Dituro. A long-haul player who stands out for his great ability to overcome his opponents in one-on-one, with precision in crosses and ease to exploit the spaces.
With this signing RC Celta covers the need to reinforce the left back. Galán has played a total of 53 games in LaLigaSantander, in which he has signed 4 assists and 1 goal.
