The sky blue first team is immersed in the preseason with the aim of arriving in the best possible shape for the league opener at Abanca Balaídos next Sunday, August 15.
To this end, the coaching staff has designed a preparation consisting of a training camp in Marbella and three friendly matches.
Concentrated in the town of Malaga, the Celticos will train in double sessions until July 23 at the Marbella Football Center facilities, where they will play the first friendly match against Atlético Sanluqueño on Saturday 24, and then, on Sunday 25, they will travel back to Vigo.
With three weeks ahead before the debut in LaLiga 2021/22, RC Celta will continue with its fine-tuning with two top-level friendlies on the horizon.
The first one will be in Leverkusen, Germany, on Saturday, July 31, against Bayer 04 Leverkusen, a big rival that will be in the next edition of the UEFA Europa League. And the second in Wolverhampton, England, on August 7, just a week before the start of the official competition, and against Wolves of the Premier League.
The league kick-off will be on Sunday, August 15 at 17:30 at Abanca Balaídos against Atlético de Madrid.
