Celta has reached an agreement to extend Cristian Carro’s contract, who will be part of Celta Fortuna next season. The Juvenil A striker has extended his contract with a 2+2 deal and will make the leap to the Celta youth team starting next season.
Carro, who stands out for his speed, dribbling ability, and determination in the final third, has played a total of 15 games this season under Alberto Suárez in the División de Honor and the Copa del Rey Juvenil. The sky-blue team is second in the División de Honor with 51 points and has qualified for the Final Four of the Copa del Rey. In the semifinals, they will face Real Betis next Wednesday, March 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Anxo Carro Stadium.
Cristian joined the club in the summer of 2022, coming from Ural Español, at the age of 14. Since then, he has progressed steadily, making his debut with Celta Fortuna, with whom he has already played a total of four matches, in addition to participating in preseason training with the youth team last summer.
Now, the winger is taking another step forward in his sporting career and will continue to grow with the sky blue crest on his chest.
