Alberto Suárez and Juan Recondo, two Feitos na Madroa technicians promote within the sky-blue structure

RC Celta

Celta continues to strengthen its commitment to Feito na Madroa talent to foster the growth of the professionals who are part of its organization and maintain a model based on trust in our own people.

In this context, Alberto Suárez will join the first-team coaching staff as a set-piece specialist. This step forward comes after several seasons of growth at A Madroa and following a stellar campaign at the helm of the Juvenil A team, with which he won the División de Honor championship.

Meanwhile, Juan Recondo will take over the Juvenil A team after coaching the Juvenil B team last season, with which he also won the league title. This promotion builds on the excellent work carried out in recent years in Celta’s youth academy.

These changes perfectly exemplify the meaning of Feito na Madroa, a concept that goes beyond simply training young players and also recognizes the talent of the professionals who develop within Celta’s structure. These are people who understand the club’s methodology, share its values, and contribute every day to the development of the club’s sports program.
