Celta and FC Paços de Ferreira have reached an agreement for the loan with an option to buy of Vladimir Silva, who will strengthen the Celta Fortuna squad ahead of what promises to be a historic season in LaLiga Hypermotion.
A native of Bissau and just 17 years old, Vlad played a total of 26 matches in the Portuguese second division with Paços de Ferreira, scoring one goal and providing one assist. The attacker also made two appearances in the Taça de Portugal. Internationally, the new sky-blue player debuted with the Portuguese U-17 national team, for whom he has played 12 matches and scored two goals.
A left winger capable of playing in various attacking positions, Vlad stands out for his speed and ability to create one-on-one opportunities. His attacking style, combined with a good understanding of space, makes him a player with great potential and perfectly aligned with the club’s commitment to developing young talent.
