RC Celta could not add another victory at Abanca Balaídos against Real Sociedad. The sky-blue team gave their best against a Basque team that saw up to seven yellow cards.
Illarramendi scored after half an hour but Coudet’s team did not give up. Iago Aspas, carried by the fans, scored the equalizer in the 39th minute.
With RC Celta looking for the victory, Zubeldia’s goal came in the 54th minute. The sky blue’s fight and dedication was not rewarded.
Next Wednesday at 19:00, RC Celta visits Valladolid. A new opportunity to continue adding in this season.
