RC Celta Group especializes in improving and expanding its business overseas, building strong and true relashonships based on experience and excelence, separating ourserlves from our competitors and generating a positive impact in society in general.
RC Celta
Our main activity is the participation in professional sports competitions, in the sports discipline of football. Our first team competes in the top tier of Spanish football and in the Copa del Rey. Our B team, Celta B, competes 1RFEF and Celta C plays in Tercera RFEF.
Other activies include retail and sporting goods business through our official RCCelta stores.
Fundación Celta
The main activities carried out by the Celta de Vigo Foundation are to promote grassroots sport, develop campuses, schools and sports clinics for youth, mainly oriented to the practice of football, research and promote the values of sport, as well as conducting talks and colloquiums on its importance in society, developing different recreational-sports activities to promote the practice of sport among people of all ages, publicizing the social and sporting heritage of RC Celta, encourage citizen participation in social activities, by promoting solidarity campaigns
Afouteza e Corazón
The company provides physiotherapy and traumatology and other services related to sports medicine services, also, the management of certain venues (organization of corporate events , conferences , concerts ,…).
GALICIA SPORT 360, S.L.U.
The society is dedicated to the realization, organization and exploitation of recreational and entertainment activities.

The values that identify the RC Celta Group are transparency, excellence both in sports and business, sustainability and proximity, continuously adapting to the requirements of stakeholders and trends to stay relevant amongst competing organizations.
Optimisation of resources and waste management
This optimisation in the management of resources and waste was highlighted by obtaining the Indicador Ardan Empresa Circular 2020; 2021 and 2022, for the implementation of a circular economy strategy.
In the 2022/2023 season has achieved the certification BREEAM is Urbanism for the Galicia Sport 360 Project- Galician Sport Factory, being RCCelta the first club LaLiga to implement this type of certification.
Business excellence
All this makes the company Real Club Celta de Vigo, S.A.D. awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Business Management for the years 2019; 2020; 2021; 2022 and 2023; after evaluating the main parameters that determine management, such as: solvency, profitability, growth, employment, internationalisation, corporate social responsibility, customer satisfaction, innovation, commercial risk management and digitisation. And that they grant him the Ardan Indicator Well Managed Company 2022 and figure in the Ardan Ranking of Smart Companies of Galicia 2022. RCCelta also appears in the III edition of Galician Atlas of the Committed Company, valuing good governance ( maximum valuation); environment; environment and people.
Social responsibility and business ethics
The RC Celta Group is firmly committed to equal opportunities in access to employment, regardless of the individual characteristics of people who opt for a job. It therefore endorses the criteria laid down in the existing legislation on the principle of equality and diversity, the practical application of which is being translated into design, implementation and monitoring of measures which have effectively contributed to the integration of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men into the day-to-day activities of the Group.
In the 2020/2021 season, the First Equality Plan of the Real Club Celta de Vigo, S.A.D., was approved for a period of 4 years, covering from 29 June 2021 to 28 June 2025.
In the 2022/2023 season, three persons with disabilities, two men and one woman, were integrated into the work team. In addition, the Celtic Integra Foundation supports youth and adults with intellectual disabilities in comprehensive training and inclusion.
Proximity
We have an Equality Committee and RCCelta is the first LaLiga club to implement web accessibility.
